China has a target of cutting carbon emissions by up to 65% by 2030 from 2005 levels. Last year the State Council announced its plan to increase the proportion of urban green buildings in new construction projects to 50% by 2020.


中国制定了碳减排目标,计划在2030年前将碳排放量在2005年的水平上减少65%。去年,国务院宣布其计划在2020年前将城市绿色建筑在新建设项目中的比例提升50%。



In response to this requirement a small but growing group of developers are reviewing the long-term revenues and energy savings resulting from greener and healthier construction.


为响应此要求,少数,但越来越多的开发商正在研究绿色和健康工程带来的长期收益和节能效果。



China’s green building rating system commenced in 2006 and covers environmentally friendly and energy-efficient construction from design stage to operational stage.

中国绿色建筑评级体系于2006年建立,涵盖了设计阶段到实施阶段中的环保和节能建筑。


Although green buildings only account for 1% of existing buildings prior to 2012, China has become the largest overseas market for LEED certification on new and old building projects according to the US Green Building Council.


虽然2012年前,绿色建筑在现有建筑中仅占1%,但据美国绿色建筑委员会称,中国已成为新旧建筑项目LEED认证的最大外海市场。


Government statistics show that the number of certified green buildings now exceeds 2,600, more than 85% of which were completed after 2012.


政府数据显示,目前已有2,600多个绿色建筑通过认证,其中85%以上于2012年以后建成。



Leader in striving to achieve this target is Jiangshu province which ranks first in the number of certified green building projects nationwide, ahead of the municipalities of Beijing and Shanghai where big developers like China Vanke, Soho China and China Wanda are already active in the green market.


江苏省是努力实现该目标的领头人,其在全国拥有最多的经认证的绿色建筑项目,其次是北京市和上海市,在北京和上海,包括中国万科、SOHO中国和中国万达在内的大型开发商已开始活跃于绿色市场。


 Informed developers are constructing green because they know that green buildings achieve higher revenue and operational cost savings, as confirmed by feedback research not only in China but internationally.


中国和国际的反馈调查均证实,消息灵通的开发商开始建设绿色建筑,因为他们明白,绿色建筑能够增加收益、节约经营成本。



As more buildings go green the additional cost of going green for  materials and construction is decreasing particularly when offset by government subsidies and tax schemes.


随着绿色建筑的增多,绿色建筑的材料和建设的附加成本逐渐降低,加之政府出台补贴和税收政策,附加成本将进一步降低。
